Relationship
We will keep a proper and positive balance in all of our relationships, prioritizing our relationship with God first, others next, and ourselves last, respecting, caring for and honoring one another and those we serve in word and deed.
Empowerment
We will empower ourselves, one another and those we serve to reveal God’s purpose and destiny.
Servitude
We will serve God, one another and those we serve with humble, teachable and compassionate hearts.
Trustworthiness
We will serve our leaders, one another and those we serve in truth, integrity and honesty.
Optimism
We will inspire one another and those we serve with enthusiasm, thereby creating a positive and fun environment in which to work and serve.
Responsibility
We will personally and collectively remain accountable to God, out leaders, one another and to those we serve but adhering to the vision, mission, core values and codes of ethics and conduct.
Encouragement
We will encourage our leaders, ourselves one another and those we serve in the Lord through daily communion with Him, His Holy Spirit and His Holy Word.
Dependability
We will be reliable and consistent in our words and actions, and will serve as a dependable ambassador of the Lord Jesus Christ and Restored Women Ministries.
Restored Women Ministries Code of Conduct
Walk with a spirit of respect, confidentiality, and honor towards the leadership, one another and those we serve.

The Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, according to the example of Jesus Christ, models the way in which all leaders, staff and volunteers will conduct themselves amongst themselves and amongst those served.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for discriminating or mistreating any leader, staff member, volunteer or community member. Anyone engaging in such behavior will be held accountable which may include but not be limited to a verbal warning, written warning and/or removal from the outreach, activity or position.

Handling of all documents, records, communication and prayers requests must be maintained with the strictest confidence. If there is concern or uncertainty about how to handle certain situations regarding privacy, immediately contact the leadership team for support.
Openly communicate ideas, suggestions, concerns and conflict with leadership, leaving no room for complaining, offense or disunity.

Restored Women maintain an open-door policy to all staff and volunteers to communicate in person or in writing.

Ideas or suggestions concerning ministry ideas or process improvements are welcome and will be prayerfully considered.

Gossip, verbal abuse and words or acts of discord will not be tolerated. If such behavior is taking place, please notify leadership immediately.

After intervention and the opportunity for reconciliation takes place and the behavior persists, the ramifications of such conduct may include but not be limited to a verbal warning, written warning and/or termination of position.
Maintain Godly integrity professionally, personally and publicly.

Employees and volunteers of RW must conduct themselves in a godly manner inside and outside of work. This includes all social media and communication outlets.

The use of alcohol, drug, profanity or sexually explicit language or participating in illegal activities is prohibited. Anyone engaging in such behavior will be held accountable which may include but not be limited to a verbal warning, written warning and/or removal from the outreach, activity or position.
Engage in daily prayer, intercession and Bible reading.

The leaders and staff will spend time individually and corporately in prayer and Bible study.

In order to be effective towards those served, prayer, intercession and devotionally time will ignite God’s power to move.
Nurture those served with encouragement, kindness, compassion and servitude.

Humble Servitude is what drives the organization. Leaders, staff and volunteers agree and desire to serve as Jesus served, reach the lost, broken and hurting with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and put the needs and interest of others before self.

Leaders will continually communicate and provide learning and training opportunities to the entire the staff and volunteers.

The leadership team will honor, encourage and reward staff and volunteers in their goals and ministry outreaches.

Compassion fuels servitude. The leaders, staff and volunteers will maintain a heart and attitude of compassion in every aspect of the operation of this ministry.
Mission

Core Principle:
Serve and equip women globally with the same love, compassion, direction and motivation that Jesus serves and equips us with by inspiring and leading others to discover and use their God-given gifts to fulfill their God-given purposes.
